A bespoke personal training service at home or in a specified location of your choice. Session location is limited to London Zone 1 radius; please allow for travel time to your location.

For a private training session via video link, please create an open exercise space. You will need a towel or yoga mat. Additional equipment isn't necessary, but it will be helpful if you have it.
